Drizzler jackets were originally developed to protect against light rain and have been used as golf wear.
The jacket is a deep navy color with a vintage look that can be recognized at a glance. It is short in length, wide in body and wide in sleeves, so I think it is quite easy to use.
You can layer it with a long coat or just throw it on by itself. It may be useful if you have it in the early spring.
