Boots I bought from the select line of "edit for lulu". I think they were an Italian brand. They are cute in beige and glitter.
I would definitely recommend a 23 to 23.5, or a 24 if you have thin socks. After giving birth, my own feet grew to 24.5 and I couldn't wear them anymore.
