I believe the XS size fits me perfectly when I wear it normally, but I have been able to make it cropped by tightening the drawcord at the hem and folding it inward a little!
The hood is thin, but it also comes with a hood (it's tucked behind the neck with Velcro).🤝💥
Anyway, it was easy to use! I highly recommend it!☺︎
