I bought it at Pass the Baton in Omotesando, which is now closed.
It is a very old dress. I don't remember if it was in the 60's, 70's, or much earlier. The sailor collar and embroidery combo is too cute. If you look closely, the embroidery has a unique design that looks a bit like dots.
I bought it for about 30,000 yen at the time.
I wore it with skinny pants and martins, but I think it would also go well with flared denim, etc.
