I bought this at a thrift store a long time ago. It was originally a petticoat to be worn as innerwear.
The sides were open, so I added a concealed zipper myself and made it into a skirt.
It is a little unevenly faded, but has a unique vintage taste.
The waist is quite narrow, so I think it would be good for a person in the 50cm to early 60cm range.
It is light and perfect for summer, with a light and airy feel like a mix of linen and cotton.
I love the contrast between the vermilion and black.
